All Providers undergo a verification process that includes checking identity, certifications, references, and professional experience. Providers also have the option to complete a full background check and receive background verified badges on completion.
Yes, bookings can be canceled or rescheduled according to the provider’c cancellation policy. You can find this information on the providers profile or your booking confirmation. We recommend reviewing these policies before finalizing your booking.
